What is EcoSky?
EcoSky is a Minecraft OneBlock server for Java Edition, playable at play.ecosky.net. You start on a single block above the void and mine it over and over while it regenerates. Around that loop sit Core Tracks, missions with a full NPC story, mob masks, minions, bosses and a player driven economy.
What is the EcoSky server IP?
The IP is play.ecosky.net. Open Minecraft Java Edition, click Multiplayer, then Add Server, and paste play.ecosky.net as the server address.
Is EcoSky free to play?
Yes. Joining and playing is free and always will be. You only need a Minecraft Java Edition account. The store sells optional ranks and boosts that support the server.
Which Minecraft versions does EcoSky support?
Any Minecraft Java Edition version from 1.9 upwards, including the newest release. You do not need mods, a launcher or any download. EcoSky is Java only, so Bedrock and console editions cannot connect.
What makes EcoSky different from other OneBlock servers?
Core Tracks. On most OneBlock servers the block drops a fixed list on a fixed schedule, so every island progresses the same way. On EcoSky you choose which themed block pool your Core runs, from Earth and Woods to Ores, and upgrading a track shifts the odds toward its rarer blocks. You steer what your block drops instead of waiting for it.
Is EcoSky pay to win?
No. Progression is earned by playing. Ranks, crate keys and currency packs in the store save time and add perks and cosmetics, but no progression path is locked behind them. Masks, keys and crate loot all drop in normal play.
Can I play EcoSky with friends?
Yes. Island progress is shared, so a co-op island grows faster than two solo ones. Invite a friend to your island in game and you both build the same Core, the same tracks and the same economy.
How do I start on EcoSky?
Join at play.ecosky.net, spawn on your island and start mining the Core. Follow the story NPCs, because the beats pay real rewards and unlock each system in order. Unlock the Ores track early for coal, do your daily missions, and get a mob mask as soon as you can.
What are mob masks?
Every mob on EcoSky has a mask you can wear for a piece of that mob's power. Masks level through tiers, higher tiers unlock extra effect slots, and the Echo system lets you carry the passive powers of masks you are not wearing. Upgrades are earned through playtime, missions and mob kills.
Does EcoSky have minions and automation?
Yes. Minions mine, farm and sell while you play. Each mining minion works a single Core Track and its tier caps how deep into that track it can reach. Crop hoppers and autosell keep large farms running without inventory juggling.
Where do I get help or report a bug?
Ask in the EcoSky Discord at https://discord.gg/ecosky. Staff and players answer there, and it is also where store delivery problems get sorted out.
