Terms of Service

EcoSky is a community run Minecraft server. By joining the server at play.ecosky.net or buying anything from our store you agree to these terms. We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.

Store purchases

Everything in the store is a digital item delivered to the Minecraft account you name at checkout. Delivery normally happens in game within minutes of payment. All prices include VAT.

• You must own the Minecraft account you enter, or have its owner's permission.
• If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before buying.
• The person who owns the payment method must approve the purchase.

No refunds

Store items are digital goods. By purchasing you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. After an item reaches your account it is not refundable.

If something you paid for never arrives, contact us on Discord and we will make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscription ranks renew automatically at the end of each paid period, whether that is 1, 3 or 6 months, until you cancel. Cancel anytime and the rank stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Paid periods are not partially refunded.

Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of talking to us is treated as fraud. The purchased items are removed and the account is banned from the server and the store. Contact us on Discord first, we resolve genuine problems.

Balance changes

EcoSky is a live game server. Perks, items and ranks can be adjusted, renamed or reworked for balance or between seasons. We keep purchased value fair and equivalent where possible, but exact perks are not guaranteed forever.

Server rules

Buying from the store does not put anyone above the rules. Accounts banned for cheating, abuse or other rule breaking keep their ban and purchases made on them are not refunded.
